When you submit an inquiry via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email, we may collect your name, country, phone number, email address, company name, machine requirements, destination, budget, and limited inquiry context such as the current page, previous page, product, or campaign that led to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide quotations, arrange inspections, and coordinate shipping. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We use Cloudflare to protect the form from automated abuse and Resend to deliver inquiry notifications to our sales mailbox. These providers process only the information needed to provide their security and email-delivery services. We store rate-limiting identifiers as one-way hashes rather than retaining raw IP addresses in our inquiry security database.

We limit inquiry access to authorized staff and retain business correspondence only as long as necessary to respond, provide follow-up services, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable trade or legal requirements.

4. Website Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics globally to measure aggregate page views, referral sources, approximate visitor regions, and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-focused, does not use cookies or persistent browser storage, and does not track visitors across websites.

With your consent, we may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic sources, page usage, equipment interest, navigation, and inquiry interactions. These services may process device, browser, approximate location, interaction, and usage information. We do not intentionally send inquiry form contents, phone numbers, email addresses, or customer messages to analytics services.

You may decline cookie-based, non-essential analytics when prompted and change your choice later through Cookie Preferences in the website footer. This choice controls Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; it does not disable Cloudflare's cookie-free aggregate measurement. Declining optional analytics does not affect your ability to browse inventory or contact us.
