Terms of Service

By using this website and requesting quotations from Kaihui Cranes, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotations

All prices quoted are based on the condition, configuration, and destination provided at the time of inquiry. Prices are valid for the period stated in the official proforma invoice.

2. Inspection and Payment

We provide photos, videos, and inspection reports before payment. Final payment terms are agreed per transaction and documented in the sales contract.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods include container, flat rack, RoRo, or bulk vessel depending on machine size. Delivery schedules are estimates and may be affected by port congestion, customs, or weather.

4. Liability

We are responsible for the condition of the machine as described in the inspection report up to the agreed port of loading. Destination customs, unloading, and local compliance are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
