Export & Shipping FAQ

What is the typical shipping cost for a used mobile crane from China?
Shipping cost depends on the exact crane dimensions and weight, loading method, departure and destination ports, carrier availability, surcharges, insurance, and trade term. Send the machine model and destination port for a current route-specific quote.
How long does sea freight take?
Transit time depends on the departure port, destination port, carrier, route, transshipment plan, and sailing schedule. We confirm the current estimated transit time when preparing the route-specific quote.
Do you handle customs clearance at the destination port?
We prepare the agreed China-side export documents and can help identify common destination requirements. Import rules vary by country, so buyers should confirm the final document list with a licensed local customs broker.
What is the difference between FOB and CIF?
FOB (Free On Board): we handle costs up to loading on the vessel. You arrange and pay for sea freight and insurance. CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): we include sea freight and basic insurance to your destination port in the price. CIF is more convenient for first-time buyers.

Send your target machine and destination port.
We'll provide a complete FOB or CIF quote.

We aim to respond within one business day.
